About reSearchWeb
reSearchWeb is funded by the Scottish Executive as a tool for the informed social work professional. It provides:
- links to the full text of Scottish Executive publications on social welfare
- reports of Scottish and UK research
- access to Social Care Online, a comprehensive database of over 75,000 publications on social care
- a diary section, with a comprehensive list of training events, courses and conferences across Scotland
- weblinks to Scottish, UK and international organisations in social care.
reSearchWeb provides a sound knowledge base on social work and social care practice and policy. It contains information and research that is up to date, concise but thorough, and selected with practice in mind.
